Buying precious metals at philoro
1. Place your order
Discover the products that best suit your investment needs in our online shop and invest in precious metals with just a few clicks. Add your products to your shopping cart and adjust it flexibly at any time before completing your order.
2. Confirmation
Once we have received your order and payment, you will receive your order, purchase, and payment confirmation by email.
3. Payment
If you have decided to pay in the online shop, you have the option of paying in advance. As soon as we have received your payment, your order will be prepared for shipping.
If you have decided to pick up your order at the store, you can pay in advance or in cash. The invoice will always be handed to you together with your order.
4. Delivery / Pickup
Once we have received your payment and carefully packaged the product for you, your order will be shipped to you. You will receive a shipping confirmation via email as soon as your order is on its way.
If you choose to pick up your purchase at a philoro store, we will inform you, as soon as your order has arrived. Please note that your order confirmation is not yet a pickup confirmation. If you are unsure, if your order is ready for pickup, please contact your selected philoro store, our employees are happy to advise you personally.
Selling precious metals to philoro:
1. Selling precious metals
Select the desired item in our online shop and click on “Sell.” Your selection will be added directly to your shopping cart, where you can edit it at any time. Once you are ready to complete your sale, proceed to checkout and follow the checkout process.
2. Confirmation of receipt
Once you have completed your sales order, you will receive a confirmation of receipt.
3. Transfer of goods
You can decide whether you want to send us your goods or bring them to us in person. If you decide to send them, please send the goods to us by insured shipping.
For personal delivery, please bring the goods to the selected philoro store within 5 business days.
4. Payment
Once we have received and inspected your goods, we will transfer the amount to your account.
If you deliver the goods to the store, payment will be made either in cash or by bank transfer after inspection.
Please note: If your products are no longer in perfect condition, they will only be purchased as scrap metal or old gold. You can find detailed information on this in our section on selling old gold.
