Place your orders via our precious metals online store.
2. Order
If you are ordering from our precious metals online store for the first time, please register first. As an existing customer, you can log in directly. You also have the option of submitting your order as a guest; in this case your data will not be saved.
3. Confirmation/Invoice
As soon as you have submitted your order, you will receive an order confirmation with payment details and a request for a bank transfer by e-mail. The invoice will only be issued after receiving the payment and sent together with the goods.
4. Delivery
After receiving your payment, we hand over the goods to our logistics partner. Once the goods have been handed over to the transport company, you will receive a shipping notification by e-mail. You also have the option of collecting the goods from one of our philoro stores.

2. Sales order
If you are selling to our precious metals online store for the first time, please register first. As an existing customer, you can log in directly. You also have the option of submitting your sales order as a guest; in this case your data will not be saved.
3. Confirmation/Invoice
As soon as you have submitted your sales order, you will receive a confirmation of receipt by e-mail. You will also receive the invoice by e-mail on the same day as your sales order. If the order is placed between 19h and 24h, you will receive the invoice on the following working day.
4. Handover of goods to us
Depending on which option you have selected in the purchase process in our online store, you bring the goods you wish to sell to one of our stores within 5 working days or send them to us by mail. Please ensure that the parcel is adequately insured. In the case of shipment, it is sufficient if you hand over the goods to the carrier on the last day of the deadline.
5. Payment
After we have received and checked the goods, you will immediately receive the equivalent value of your sold goods transferred to the account specified by you.
