We take our social responsibility for the environment and society very seriously – it is at the heart of everything we do. That is why we stand for “Sustainable Gold.” This means that the extraction of precious metals is reviewed and documented in accordance with ethically sound frameworks.
We work exclusively with government mints and internationally recognized refineries that are certified according to the LBMA standard. This ensures the high quality and authenticity of the products we offer.
We are committed to complying with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2017/821 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 May 2017, which lays down supply chain due diligence obligations for Union importers of tin, tantalum, tungsten, their ores, and gold from conflict-affected and high-risk areas, as well as the standards defined in Annex II of the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals from Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas.
When sourcing precious metals, we place particular importance on transparent supply chains and the responsible procurement of raw materials.
We aim to offer our customers the highest possible level of transparency and security. We take appropriate measures to prevent the financing of terrorist activities through precious metal transactions and support international efforts to ensure clarity regarding the origin and sourcing of minerals.
We require our suppliers to respect human rights and act in an environmentally responsible manner. In the event of violations, immediate measures are taken to mitigate and prevent risks. Depending on the risk assessment and the success of these measures, business relationships may be suspended or terminated.
We categorically reject the sourcing of precious metals from conflict-affected or high-risk areas.
Our Compliance Department reports directly to the Executive Board. It is available to all individuals who wish to report violations of our supply chain policy. In such cases, please contact us at: [email protected]
This policy is reviewed annually to ensure its relevance and appropriateness, and it is updated as necessary.
