Insured shipping
Your ordered goods will be packaged with a neutral label and sent to you via insured shipping. With the corresponding tracking number, you can always see where your package is currently located. To ensure that the products arrive safely and reliably at our customers' premises, philoro works exclusively with renowned secure transport companies and specialized security logistics providers for shipping and transport.
As soon as we receive your payment, your order will be handed over to our transport service provider immediately. You will then receive a shipping confirmation via email.
Please note: Shipping is only available within Austria. If you are a customer from Germany, Switzerland or Liechtenstein, please use our online shop for the respective country.
