A duty-free warehouse is a specially approved and strictly monitored storage facility in which goods can be temporarily stored without prior taxation or customs clearance.

You would like to invest €100,000 in silver. Assuming a silver bar costs €840.33 net (€1,000/gross), you will receive 100 bars when buying in Germany. If you buy via the duty-free warehouse, you will receive 119 bars for the same investment. This is because silver, platinum and palladium can be bought, held and sold untaxed in a duty-free warehouse.
