This reflects the traditional story in which the Jade Emperor had the twelve signs of the zodiac compete against each other in a race across a river to decide in which order they should be entered in the calendar. The sixth edition of the successful Lunar RAM series is now being released with the motif of the snake. In Chinese element theory, each character has a corresponding element that depends on the year. Specifically, 2025 is the year of the wood snake, and people born in this year are considered creative and artistic. They are also often described as talented, flexible and wise.

This exclusive silver coin is struck in proof quality and comes with an elegant coin case and numbered certificate of authenticity. The proof (PF) finish is particularly sought after by collectors and is one of the most elaborate methods of producing a coin. While only the relief of the motif side protrudes in high relief minting, the entire base of the coin is struck in a curved shape in this convex minting process. The value side shows the portrait of King Charles III, designed by Daniel Thorne, which is surrounded by the 12 signs of the zodiac. The current sign is positioned at 12 o'clock above the portrait.
