You are also welcome to place your precious metal order in our webshop via Click & Collect - simply order online and then collect your goods from our Frankfurt store. Our staff will contact you to arrange an appointment as soon as your order is ready for collection. Please bring your valid photo ID with you to the agreed collection appointment. When purchasing products in-store, you can choose between cash and card payment.
For a later sale, we recommend that you leave the products in their original packaging and store them in a safe, dry and dark place.
