If you have already ordered from our webshop and selected the "Pick up in store" option, we will notify you as soon as your item is ready for collection. Please bring a valid photo ID with you. To preserve the value of your items in the long term, we offer storage boxes and cleaning products in our range. We recommend storing items in their original packaging and in a safe, dry place. philoro only works with internationally recognized manufacturers, so you can always rely on the highest quality. When purchasing in the store, you can choose between cash and card payments.

Using the latest technology (X-ray fluorescence analysis), we assess your gold and determine the exact precious metal content. Once you accept our offer, you will receive the value of the precious metals either in cash or via bank transfer.

You can choose between a philoro SAFE DEPOSIT BOX, a DUTY-FREE WAREHOUSE, or a PRECIOUS METALS DEPOT. Additionally, we offer the philoro PRECIOUS METALS SAVINGS PLAN, which allows you to invest monthly from 25 EUR in physical precious metals, helping you build a secure future step by step. Your savings plan is flexible, provides full transparency, and allows you to adjust the savings rate as well as make additional payments. You can cancel your savings plan at any time or have the value paid out. For the GOLD SAVINGS PLAN, even a physical transfer of the gold is possible.
