The built-in software of the evaluation device identifies the individual precious metal contents of your scrap gold based on this. For example, your piece of jewelry might contain 520 parts gold, 120 parts silver, and small amounts of copper, platinum, or palladium.
If a diamond is set in your jewelry, we will first verify its authenticity with a diamond tester. If the stone is confirmed to be a genuine diamond, we will carefully remove it and return it to you so that you may have it appraised or sold by a jeweler. After the analysis, we will provide you with an offer based on the current precious metal prices and all the precious metal content. If you accept the offer, we will pay you the value in cash or via bank transfer.

To do so, send us an email with your contact details to [email protected], and you will receive a free scrap gold box with all the necessary forms to fill out, as well as a prepaid return label. You then send the box back to philoro with your items, the completed forms, and a copy of your ID.
